His background as a Journeyman industrial welder, his time as an inspector for over a decade, and his certifications including CSA W178.2 Level 3, API 653, NACE 2, and CGSB MT, PT, and XRF Level 2 equip him with a comprehensive perspective in leading the company. Jeff is passionate about fostering a positive work environment and cultivating a top-notch team. Within his role, he enjoys the dynamic range of projects and the exceptional team he collaborates with on a daily basis. His focus is on ensuring that inspectors continually advance their certifications and industry knowledge. Jeff firmly believes that a strong team and a positive work environment are vital to the company’s success.

Michael Jorge brings over a decade of experience in the mechanical and piping industry and a background in mechanical engineering to his role as Director of Operations at Canadian Quality Inspections. Michael has successfully managed complex, multi-million-dollar projects across diverse sectors, excelling in areas such as safety leadership, estimation, scheduling, and quality assurance. With a proven track record, Michael understands the importance of reliable third-party inspections and non-destructive testing. His leadership style emphasizes collaboration, precision, and exceeding client expectations at every stage of a project.

As a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Julianne combines technical expertise with nearly a decade of hands-on experience in both private and public sector administration. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Accounting from the University of Manitoba and brings a wealth of expertise in financial reporting, cash management, full cycle accounting, and compliance audits.

Throughout her career, Julianne has played a key role in ERP migration projects across various industries, leveraging her deep understanding of accounting systems to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting. Her commitment to continuous improvement drives her to refine processes and empower her team through mentorship and professional development.
