Brad brings 35 years of progressive supervisory experience to the table in all phases of the industrial construction industry. He has built ServcoCanada by gaining a reputation of taking technically complex projects from inception to completion. The ability to streamline procedures that improve safety, productivity and control costs is something he has always considered a priority. Instead of the adversarial approach common in the industry that pits client, administrator, and contractor one against the other, Brad promotes bringing all of the stakeholders together, creating a strong and effective team.

President & CEO

After over 25 years of experience in the heavy construction sector, Julien’s focus remains on continual advancement and commitment to excellence at all levels. His experience as a Journeyman Steamfitter, Site supervisor, and Superintendent on diverse large-scale projects has equipped him with a comprehensive perspective as President and CEO of ServcoCanada – including subsidiary companies: NME Construction Services, AJP Engineering Services, and Canadian Quality Inspections. Throughout Julien’s history in sport, as both a player and coach, and in his construction industry leadership roles, one thing holds true: He believes that strong leadership is the foundation for success in any arena.

Judy-Lynn Mason


Chief Financial Officer

With 25 years of experience in finance and over 20 years in the construction industry, Judy-Lynn brings a unique perspective to ServcoCanada as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). She gained her finance and construction knowledge through firsthand experience on job sites throughout Canada in projects ranging in size from $50 – $250 million. Having worked in various cost-related positions within the industry, she knows the overall effort required to help manage a productive and efficient contracting company. Understanding both the challenges in the field as well as the office allows her to communicate and problem solve with the entire team.

Jeff Wyness


General Manager

Jeff Wyness has brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as General Manager for Canadian Quality Inspections (CQI) since 2017. His background as a Journeyman industrial welder, his time as an inspector for over a decade, and his certifications including CSA W178.2 Level 3, API 653, NACE 2, and CGSB MT, PT, and XRF Level 2 equip him with a comprehensive perspective in leading the company. Jeff is passionate about fostering a positive work environment and cultivating a top-notch team. Within his role, he enjoys the dynamic range of projects and the exceptional team he collaborates with on a daily basis. His focus is on ensuring that inspectors continually advance their certifications and industry knowledge. Jeff firmly believes that a strong team and a positive work environment are vital to the company’s success.
