Radiography Testing is a proven non-destructive technique used to examine the internal structure of materials without causing damage. By directing X-rays or gamma rays through a component, RT produces a detailed image that highlights internal features—allowing our team to identify cracks, porosity, voids, or inclusions that could affect performance or safety.

What Is Radiography Testing? Understanding the RT Method 

Radiography Testing works by placing a controlled radiation source on one side of the material and a detector on the opposite side. As radiation passes through the object, different thicknesses and densities create variations on the resulting radiograph. 

Lower-density or hollow areas appear brighter.
Higher-density regions show as darker contrasts.
Flaws and discontinuities create distinct patterns that trained radiographers can identify and evaluate.

All findings are assessed against the applicable codes and acceptance criteria to confirm whether the component meets required specifications.
