CQI offers rebar inspection as part of our Quality Control & Quality Assurance services. We inspect material, reinforcing bar, rebar tying requirements, splices, tolerances, coatings and in-place bending and re-bending, and measurement of bar supports.

We ensure process quality and efficiency by reviewing the construction schedule, certified mill test or bar coating reports, independent testing laboratory reports, approved placing drawings, and material shipment schedule. As a preventive measure we discuss potential problems, tolerances and set up periodic meetings.
